DAMPARE SHOULD INVITE ATUKUBA FOR INCITING THE MILLITARY AGAINST THE STATE BY SAYING "GHANA IS RIPE FOR COUP"

Professor Atukuba, a dean at the University of Ghana who also served in the NDC- Mahama administration has indicated that a coup in Ghana today would be justifiable due to economic hardship in the country.

This has got many Ghanaians  talking. many has questioned whether the previous government of the NDC which he was a member was not ripe for coup when they inflicted so much hardship on the citizenry.

Ghanaians suffered dumsor, when industry came toa halt as a result of  lack of power. many businesses collapsed. In Professor Atukuba''s own government, allowances to trainee students were cancelled due to lack of money as explained by the then government was the NDC. workers worked for 3 years but were paid only 3 months due to lack of funds.

Indeed, the president of the time mr. Mahama publicly admitted the economic hardship in the country in his popular quote ''ye awe nam ama na aka nnompe'' (which literally mean we have exhausted or our funds).

But Prof.  Atukuba did not see coup as an option to kick the ass of the government. Ghana's economy was growing at 3.4% in Atukuba's government but it was not ripe for a coup. Toay's economy which is growing around 6% is rather ripe for a coup! Hmmm.

The fact of the matter is, the then Atukub's government was far worst than the economy we have now.

indeed, Dampare must invite this man!
